Frequently asked questions
No, there is no minimum order required. We welcome single-piece orders as well as bulk production runs.
Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days after proof approval. Rush orders are available for an additional fee, subject to current workload.
Yes, we accept customer-supplied garments. Please note that embroidery on customer-supplied items is done at the customer's risk. We recommend providing a few extra pieces in case of any issues.
Vector formats are preferred (AI, SVG, PDF, EPS). We also accept high-resolution PNG and JPG files. Lower resolution images may require a digitizing fee or may not produce optimal results.
Yes, all orders include a digital proof showing the design placement and colors. Production begins only after you approve the proof.
Yes, rush orders are available for an additional 25% fee. Availability depends on current production schedule. Contact us to discuss your timeline.
